De Beer Refinish has a modern and fully equipped training centre located at its head office at Kincumber on the NSW Central Coast. Our aim is to provide the highest quality training and education expected of one of the world’s leading suppliers of refinish products.
The De Beer Refinish training centre provides excellent facilities for students to learn in a modern, comfortable and well equipped environment. Both theory and practical workshops are catered for in the centre, equipped with conference room, fully extracted spray booth and state of the art colour mixing room. Courses held at the training centre and at interstate training locations cover a wide range of skills, from basic workshop and colour skills to advanced programs including high solids and water base theory & application. There is a course suitable for all skill levels of bodyshop staff and management. TAFE teachers across Australia also complete yearly training with De Beer, to ensure their skills are up-to-date with current industry practices. All participants receive as part of their training experience, an exclusive Training Kit valued at over $50.00. Kit includes De Beer nylon spray suit, De Beer cap, T-shirt and stubby cooler. Course charges also include meals and refreshments throughout the duration of the training. Courses are prepared and coordinated by our staff with great experience in our products and procedures. With refinish paint technology and techniques ever changing, training is an essential key to success for every Bodyshop.
