Making Sense Of The Figures Starts Now

Improving bodyshop performance by providing accurate and timely information and guidance on matters that effect the success of your business The Quality First Program encompasses a number of key components;

Business Consulting

Your Quality First Consultant is available to assist the bodyshop in determining courses of action that will improve all areas of the bodyshop and, in turn, lead to increased profitability. Whether it be turn around efficiency or estimating accuracy, your designated Quality First consultant is available to assist with all aspects of bodyshop management.

Quality First Lifetime Warranty Program

Following a premise inspection, your bodyshop will become one of the exclusive members of the Quality First network of Certified Collision Centres. This entitles your customers to a lifetime warranty on the high quality paint work you complete on their vehicle. The end result is simple. A properly equipped bodyshop, a long lasting quality finish backed by a written lifetime warranty and a satisfied car owner.

Networking Forums

As a member of the Quality First Program, you will be invited to attend Networking Forums and Seminars. This will enable you to discuss current issues relevant to your business with other repairers. By collectively grouping with other Quality First bodyshops, you can be assured of networking opportunities with like minded Bodyshop operators.

Technical and Equipment Audits

Membership to the Quality First Program entitles the Bodyshop to Technical and Equipment Audits ensuring the most efficient practices are utilised in your business. When your equipment isn’t performing at its maximum potential, neither can your staff or the bodyshop as a whole.

On Site And Off Site Training

To ensure Bodyshop staff are kept up to date with the most current practices and techniques, Quality First members will be entitled to regular training of Bodyshop staff. De Beer offers a variety of courses, including Introduction and Advanced level training in product use. Also available is WaterBase Introduction courses for those wanting to take their shop to the next level in technology. Training is also available on site for groups.

Facility Layout and Design Advice

As a member of the Quality First Program assistance regarding Facility Layout and Design of a new or existing bodyshop will be readily available. Take advantage of our experience and contacts within this industry to have your bodyshop reaching its maximum potential
