To assist the bodyshop to keep
pace in this ever changing environment De Beer have developed a state of the art program designed to give the bodyshop the tools required to keep ahead of the game and enjoy continued and higher levels of success.
This May, the De Beer Australasia team took part in the Australian Collision Repair Expo. The expo held over three days was located in the Melbourne Exhibition Centre in combination with the Auto Aftermarket Expo. The focus of the De Beer Refinish stand was the VOC compliant offering into the Australian market. Both the Waterbase 900 Series and Berothane 3000 Series are available in Australia & New Zealand, a sign of the ‘green’ movement that is spreading throughout the automotive repair industry worldwide.Technical demonstrations of the Waterbase application were held in the on-site LowBake in fared spray booth compared by International WaterBase expert, Asha Clarke. All demo's were jam-packed, proving just how interested visitors were in the new technology. There was lots of fun to be had on the De Beer stand also. The 50” plasma with Shaun White Snowboarding on the Wii console to kept the visitors entertained. An exciting interactive addition to the stand was a WaterBase 900 Series airbrushing demo. Scott Seedsman of AIM Autographics airbrushed a De Beer themed snowboard every day. The 3 very lucky winners were: Tony Cannell, Terry Watson & David Barker. Congratulations!!!
Thank you to everyone who visited the De Beer team over the show. We always appreciate your support!!!
