To assist the bodyshop to keep
pace in this ever changing environment De Beer have developed a state of the art program designed to give the bodyshop the tools required to keep ahead of the game and enjoy continued and higher levels of success.
The De Beer Refinish colour box consists of over 75 fan decks, containing over 4000 sprayed colour & variant chips. Grouped by car manufacturer, this tool enables the user to visualise different variant shades of original car colours without making a sprayout. Painted with the actual De Beer Refinish products, the Fan Deck assures you of the highest possible colour accuracy. Each colour chip is marked with the manufacturer, colour name, colour code and whether it is the standard or variant. Variant coding also enables you to gauge how each variant differs. Updates are issued four times per year in order to keep your colour box up to date with the latest developments.
In addition to the Colour Box, De Beer Refinish offers both Engine Bay & Bumper Colour fan decks. These are both fantastic additions to your workshop, ensuring you can match all colours quickly and accurately. The Engine Bay set consists of 6 fan decks that are sorted by colour for ease of shade selection. The Bumper Colour tool is a singular fan deck with over 600 plastic colours grouped by manufacturer.
De Beer Refinish has a great variety of colour fans applicable to various coating markets. Below is an overview of those available:
Features colour chips of all tinters at full strength and at percentages when mixed with metallics. Tinters are arranged by colour family to show the variances between comparative colours. Each De Beer Refinish system has it’s own colour tint chart that is included with system installation.
These handy little stickers are a great addition to any paint room, enabling easy reference to the flop properties of De Beer tinters. Suitable for use with all the De Beer Refinish systems they are simply attached to the handle of the mixing lid.
De Beer Refinish toners are arranged by colour family and are positioned on a colour wheel to show how each toner relates to the others in colour space. Tinters placed closer to the centre of black are of dirtier shading, with those in outer areas of cleaner hue. This chart is reflective of De Beer tinters across all systems – as the last two digits of tinters are common.
