Colour Support
The aim of the colour department is to provide the client a colour formula that he can use to make the correct colour using the De Beer Refinish coatings. In order to do this we have to gather information about colours that are being used by car manufacturers. After that as many field samples as possible of these colours are collected to find regional colour variants. Practice has showed that as a consequence of a.o. different paint badges and different production locations of cars, colour differences between car types with the same colour code and name are visible. From the colour samples that have been gathered the standard colour and, if necessary, some variants are chosen. These samples are copied by our colour technicians and are formulated into a De Beer Refinish colour. These newly created formulas can be updated weekly through connection to the internet

As Australian repairers, it’s in all our best interests to collect as many local vehicle panels as possible. In fact we will reward you for making the effort! For every 20 panels collected with vehicle details attached, we will give your shop a slab of beer. A nice reward for the team at the end of a hard weeks work!
